Storing and Retaining Your Personal Information 

Your personal information is stored on servers in the U.S. Also, some of our service providers may store information in servers hosted in countries different from where you reside. As such, your personal information may be subject to the laws of other countries, where the data protection and other laws may not be as comprehensive as your country of residence. 

 

Any personal information that we collect is kept as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law or our recordkeeping policies and practices. When we no longer have reason to retain your personal information and as required by our retention policies, it will be destroyed or deidentified in a manner designed to preserve its private and confidential nature, however we may retain inactive archival copies. 

 

Security - Steps we take to protect your personal information

  • D. Commercial information — we collect this information for attribution purposes
  • F. Internet or similar network activity — we collect behavioral information to create custom experiences and targeted messaging
  • G. Geolocation data — we collect Geolocation data to create custom experiences and targeted messaging as well as for attribution purposes
  • K. Inferences drawn from personal information — we collect inference information to create custom experiences and targeted messaging 

 

Categories of Parties to which we may Disclose Personal Information. We may disclose your personal information for a business purpose to the following categories of third parties: 

  • our subsidiaries, parent(s) and affiliates; 
  • service providers (including without limitation Ad targeting/retargeting vendors, attribution vendors, and HR and other internal operations platform providers); 
  • users; and 
  • third parties to whom you or your agents authorize us to disclose your personal information in connection with products or services we provide to you.

 

In the preceding twelve (12) months we have not sold personal information. 

 

California Residents’ Rights

California law grants California residents certain rights as set forth below. 

 

Do-Not-Sell. California residents have the right to opt-out of our sale of their personal information. To the extent Panacea sells your personal information as the term “sell” is defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you have the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information by us to third parties at any time. You may submit a request to opt-out by emailing us at support@panaceadeals.com. 

 

Verifiable Requests to Delete and to Know. You have the right to delete the personal information we have collected from you and the right know certain information about our data practices in the preceding 12 months. In particular, you have the right to request the following from us: 

  • the categories of personal information we have collected about you; 
  • the categories of sources from which the personal information was collected; 
  • the categories of personal information about you we disclosed for a business purpose or sold;
  • the categories of third parties to whom the personal information was disclosed for a business purpose or sold; 
  • the business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling the personal information; and 
  • the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.

 

To exercise any of these rights, please submit a request by emailing us at support@panaceadeals.com. In the request, please specify which right you are seeking to exercise and the scope of the request. We will confirm receipt of your request within ten (10) days. We may require specific information from you to help us verify your identity and process your request. If we are unable to verify your identity, we may deny your requests to know or delete. 

 

Submitting Requests. You may exercise your rights by emailing us at support@panaceadeals.com. We will respond to your Right to Know and Right to Delete requests within forty-five (45) days.

 

Authorized Agent. The CCPA allows California consumers to designate an authorized agent to exercise their rights under CCPA. You can designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. However, we will require written proof of the agent’s permission to do so and verify your identity directly.

 

 Verification. When you submit your request, we will take steps to attempt to verify your identity. We will seek to match the information in your request to the personal information we maintain about you. As part of our verification process, we may ask you to submit additional information, use identity verification services to assist us, or, if you have set up an account on our website, we may ask you to sign in to your account as part of our identity verification process. Please understand that, depending on the type of request you submit, to protect the privacy and security of your and other users’ personal information, we will only complete your request when we are satisfied that we have verified your identity consistent with applicable law and regulations. 

 

Right to Non-Discrimination. You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment by us for the exercise of any your rights. 

 

Information for Nevada Residents Under Nevada law, certain Nevada consumers may opt out of the sale of “personally identifiable information” for monetary consideration to a person for that person to license or sell such information to additional persons. “Personally identifiable information” includes first and last name, address, email address, phone number, Social Security Number, an identifier that allows a specific person to be contacted either physically or online, or any other information concerning a person collected from the person through the Site and maintained in combination with an identifier in a form that makes the information personally identifiable. 

 

If you are a Nevada resident who has purchased or leased goods or services from us, you may submit a request to opt out of any potential future sales under Nevada law by emailing us at support@panaceadeals.com. Please note we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity and the authenticity of the request.

 

Advertising and Marketing Choice 

We respect your rights in how your personal information is used and shared. If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, you can email us at: support@panaceadeals.com as well as follow the instructions at the bottom of each email and we will promptly remove you from all correspondence. Please note, however, that we may still need to contact you regarding other matters. 

 

Where Your Personal Information is Held

Panacea processes personal information on our servers in the United States of America, and may do so in other countries. In some cases, we may process personal information outside your own country. 

 

How Long Is Your Personal Information

 Kept We will retain your personal information until the personal information is no longer necessary to accomplish the purpose for which it was provided. We may retain your personal information for longer periods for specific purposes to the extent that we are obliged to do so in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, to protect you, other people, and us from fraud, abuse, an unauthorized access, as necessary to protect our legal rights, or for certain business requirements.

 

We will delete your personal information when it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or upon your request, subject to exceptions as discussed in this Policy or under applicable law, contract, or regulation. 

 

Our Commitment to Data Security

The security of your personal information is important to us. We take various reasonable organizational, administrative, and technical measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. If required by law to do so, we will notify you and/or the relevant supervisory authority in the event of a data breach. 

 

However, we cannot and do not guarantee complete security, as it does not exist on the Internet.
