PANACEA DEALS CORPORATION SELLER RULES AND REGULATIONS
- You represent and warrant that all information that you provide regarding a vehicle for sale is
accurate and complete. - You may accept or reject an offer to purchase a vehicle that you offer to sell. However, repeated
rejected offers may result in losing the ability to sell a vehicle in the future. - You are liable for all expenditures, mileage, wear, damage, and all other losses to a vehicle
before the buyer takes possession of the vehicle. - If you refuse to honor a winning offer once you accept, you will be assessed a fee of five
hundred dollars ($500). - Once you accept an offer you should:
- Prepare your vehicle for sale:
- Take out your belongings,
- Clean the vehicle if possible, and
- Collect the vehicle’s key set.
- Prepare your documents:
- Title documents,
- Vehicle registration documents, and
- Personal documents (driver’s license or identification card).
- The dealer should contact you and arrange for an inspection of the vehicle ASAP, but no more
than twenty-four (24) hours after you accept the offer. Please inform Panacea immediately if
the dealer does not contact you within twenty-four (24) hours.
- The dealer will set up a vehicle inspection and pick-up time within forty-eight (48) hours after
you accept the offer. - Important – the dealer will not buy your vehicle if undisclosed defects or damages are
discovered that are subject to Panacea Deals Arbitration Policy.
